This is called Thom-Pad. These are Thom-Pad or Niellowares that are in my mom's collection
which I found during decorating our apartment.

According to Wikipedia, Niello is a black mixture of copper, silver, and lead sulphides, used as an inlay on engraved or etched metal.

ถมปัด ความหมาย คือ น. ภาชนะทองแดงที่เคลือบนยาประสมด้วยลูกปัดป่นให้เป็นผงให้เป็นสีและลวดลายต่าง ๆ
