Lately weather in Thailand is a bit odd, you can really not predict whether it is gonna be sunny or gloomy. So, I decided to cheer my mood up with Tsubaki pattern. Tsubaki is one of the most popular patterns you could see in Japan which represents the camellia flower. As what they says, Tsubaki patterns became popular in the Edo era. A Belarusian friend sent a Belarusian textile book to me, in case it would be useful for my new work. Of course, I don't understand Belarusian, but in the book there are techniques and motifs that are very interesting.
